Data mining technique for grouping products using clustering based on association

<span>There is high competition between these minimarkets so many products sold in each minimarket are not until they expire. The aim of this study to help retail managers cluster minimarkets. data obtained will be processed using the hybrid mining approach by combining two methods mining. In first section, association uses FP-Growth algorithm, and second clustering K-means algorithm. From experimental results, it can seen that proposed minimize number grouped. After process carried out, from 29 12 transactions, 6 has a frequency above minimum support confidence. process, grouped into 2 clusters, 1 product included most interested 5 cluster. We processing directly sales transaction on cashier's computer quickly get results grouping.</span>
